1. Do I need to be a City Resident to rent a pavilion?

No, pavilions are available for rent at Eastmonte, Lake Lotus and Merrill Parks. For more information, visit the Facility Rental page. Pavilions within the neighborhood parks are on a first come first serve basis.

2. What is the latest you can be in the civic center or a meeting room?

All civic centers must be vacated by 12 a.m.

3. Do you allow pets in the City parks?

No. The recreation parks, neighborhood parks and athletic complexes do not allow pets. The exception is Cranes Roost Park, which allows pets in designated areas.

4. Where are the City’s civic centers?

Altamonte Springs has a Civic Center at Eastmonte Park.

5. How much does it cost to rent a civic center?

The hourly rate to rent a civic center is $100 plus tax.

6. Do pavilions have to be rented?

Pavilions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis unless they have been previously reserved.

7. How much does it cost to rent a pavilion and what are the hours?

Pavilion rental is $25 plus tax for 4 hours. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1 to 5 p.m.

8. Do you have to pay when you reserve a pavilion?

Yes, payment is due upon reservation.

9. How soon do pavilions need to be rented?

Pavilions can be rented no earlier than 90 days before your event.
