Can I water more than two days a week if I am planting new shrubs and/or replacing the sod in my yard?: A watering exemption for new sod, large planting areas or trees and shrubs can be obtained by calling (407) 571-8587 or (407) 571-8340 or completing the Irrigation Variance Form. The 60-day exemption allows irrigation every day for the first 30 days and then every other day for the remaining 30 days.

1. The 60-day exemption allows irrigation every day for the first 30 days and then every other day for the remaining 30 days.

2. What are my watering days if I have reclaimed water?

For reclaimed customers the following schedule remains in effect year round:

Detached single family units where meters are not required are permitted to irrigate:
- Odd addresses: Wednesday and Saturday before 10 a.m. and after 4 p.m.
- Even addresses: Thursday and Sunday before 10 a.m. and after 4 p.m.
Multifamily units, office, commercial, public, industrial and warehousing facilities where a master meter is required are permitted to irrigate:
- Tuesday and Friday before 10 a.m. and after 4 p.m.

3. When can I irrigate if I don’t have reclaimed service?: If you do not use reclaimed water for irrigation, watering days are determined by the St. John’s River Water Management District and are reduced to one day a week during Eastern Standard Time. Please see the Irrigation Schedule on the SJRWMD website.

4. Why is the pressure in my reclaimed system lower during the day?: Reclaimed water pressure may be lower on Mondays and each day between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. while the storage tanks are refilled. If the pressure is consistently low even during watering hours, please call (407) 571-8558 and request service for your reclaimed connection.

5. Who do I call if I need to replace/repair the reclaimed connection?: Please call (407) 571-8558 to request service for your reclaimed connection.
