The City will flow test and paint the caps and bonnet of private fire hydrants to indicate water is available from the fire hydrant.

5. Do my fire extinguishers have to be inspected and tagged?: Yes. Under state law, all fire extinguishers in commercial and multi-family properties must be inspected annually and tagged by a state licensed fire equipment dealer.
