Development Review Committee

The Development Review Committee (DRC) consists of City staff members responsible for reviewing and approving development applications.

Planning and Development coordinates the DRC agenda and distribution of the applicant’s plans and should be the applicant’s initial point of contact.

Guidelines

  • Site plan and subdivision plats require a mandatory pre-application conference. No pre-application conference is necessary for site plan revision applications. Refer to Section 2 of the Developer’s Guide for more information and the Request for Pre-Application Conference Form.
  • All DRC submittals are sent to the Planning and Development Division.
  • The submittal deadline for all applications is 4 p.m. on the first or third Monday of each month. 
  • The DRC review meeting is typically the first and third Wednesday of the month following the 23-calendar day review cycle.
  • DRC meetings and pre-applications conferences with applicants are held virtually. 
  • DRC meeting with applicants are not scheduled for Site Plan Revision requests.

  • The Developer’s Guide contains instructions, application forms, checklists and other documents for DRC applications.
