Water Fitness

Have fun and make friends during this exciting exercise program. These classes provide a low impact, resistance workout for adults of all fitness levels while helping to build cardio and physical strength and increase stamina. Available to individuals ages 18 and up.

Note: No more than 12 swimmers, two persons per lane are allowed in the lap lane area during organized swimming activities.
