LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE/ZONING AND PUBLIC HEARINGS
For information regarding
zoning-related topics, please contact Growth Management at 407.571.8147.
THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
The Altamonte Springs Land Development Code
may be
reviewed at the City Hall
offices of the Growth Management Department.
Published Codes may also be found on-line at
the
Municipal Code Corporation web site, where they also may be purchased.
Since the publication of the Code, the City may
have adopted new or amended ordinances
related to the Land Development Code which
have not yet been published by
Municipal Code Corporation. Such amendments
are also available at the Growth Management
Department, but are not available on-line.
When using the Land Development Code, be sure to verify
the Supplement number and confirm with the
Growth Management Department whether there
have been any revisions.
Information about the Land Development Code
and links to Municipal Code Corporation are
provided as a convenience to the citizens
and customers of the City of Altamonte
Springs. However, users of this web site are
advised to refer to the printed version of
the Land Development Code as well as any
supplemental land development ordinances
adopted by the City Commission as the
official record of the Code.
Users are also strongly encouraged to confer
with Growth Management Department staff
regarding the applicability of specific Code
provisions.
