The City utilizes a decentralized method of procurement; ie: the distribution of purchasing operations to smaller units of management by delegation from a central authority (The Procurement Division) who retains policy direction.

Those "smaller units" are indicated below along with department representatives and phone numbers. These individuals are the representatives who would be involved in the acquisition of products or services.

They may be contacted for further assistance in doing business with the City. PLEASE BE SURE TO CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT. Unannounced visitors risk the possibility of not being seen. We like to allow adequate time for our vendors to present their company and its products or services.
