The How to Do Business with The City page provides basic information for vendors, but feel free to contact Procurement if we can be of further assistance.

The City utilizes a semi-decentralized method of procurement whereby certain aspects of the purchase process are delegated to the end user department with central authority (The Procurement Division) who retains policy direction.

The End User Department Representatives list provides contact information. These individuals are the representatives who would be involved in the acquisition of products or services for their specific area. You may contact them directly. However, PLEASE BE SURE TO CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT. Unannounced visitors risk the possibility of not being seen. We like to allow adequate time for our vendors to present their company and its products or services.
