Day Programs - "The Clubhouse"
Campers

The Clubhouse is a time when friends come together to experience adventures and create memories through participation in crafts, games, guest speakers, field trips and more! Participants will need to bring their own lunch.

The Clubhouse – Winter
The winter clubhouse is held on Wednesdays for eight weeks in January and February at Eastmonte Park from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Clubhouse – Summer
The summer session is held on Wednesdays for eight weeks in June and July at Eastmonte Park from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Wednesday | June 28
Theme: Wacky-Tacky Neck Tie
Snack: Cheeze-Itz or peanut butter crackers 

Time  Activity
9 - 9:30 a.m. Load for Field Trip
10 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Field Trip: MOAS
Lunch at field trip site. No refrigerator or microwave available.
3 - 4 p.m.     Snacks and free time

Wednesday | July 5
Theme: Patriotic / Earth Day (Girls)
Snack: Fruit/yogurt parfaits

9 - 10 a.m. Scrapbooks and Welcome
10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Girls: Swimming at Westmonte 
Boys: Activity Rotations at Eastmonte 
Silly selfies, Sean with Science, talent show prep, karaoke
12 - 1 p.m.     Lunch in Auditorium & Walk/Talk
1 - 3:30 p.m.   Girls: Save the planet activities and snack prep
Boys: Field Trip | Skeletons: Animals unveiled 
3:30 - 4 p.m.  Snacks and Free Time

Wednesday | July 12
Theme: Silly Sock / Earth Day (Girls)
Snack: Cheese/crackers & apples/peanut butter

NOTE:
  • T-shirts are required on field trip days.
  • Change This World: We are packaging thousands of meals for hungry children around the world as a way to learn about giving back to our community. Teams are welcome to help collect money until the end of the day on July 12 to contribute to the cost of meals. (25 cents = 1 meal)
  • Lunch on July 26 is provided for all participants/caretakers/counselors for free. Menu TBA based on donations.

SIGN IN/OUT:
  • Participants are required to be signed in and out of program by their parent, guardian, companion, ride, etc. (Unless participant is independently arriving to/from events.)
  • Sign in/out is conducted in lobby of Civic Center. Individuals authorized to pick up participant must present ID.

TIME:
  • Wednesdays from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Due to scheduling conflicts, there is NO early drop off or late pick up.
  • Notify us if you are dropping off late or picking up early, to make sure it does not conflict with our scheduled events.
  • Traveling with Access Lynx? We suggest you schedule your ride with the following windows. Drop off: 9 - 9:30 a.m. Pick up: 3:30 - 4 p.m.
  • If for any reason the participant is no longer able to attend the program, please let us know so we can offer their spot to a participant on our waiting list.

The Clubhouse – Christmas Craft
Join us as we create holiday themed crafts, presents, cookies, sing carols and more. The Christmas craft clubhouse is held on a Tuesday and Thursday in December at Eastmonte Park.

Trips are held one Saturday a month. The day will include an entertaining or educational field trip and lunch. Drop off and pick up is at Eastmonte Park. Cost is $3 per participant. Feel free to send souvenir money for trips. Please call or email to reserve your spot.
