Exercise Class
Classes are offered weekly on select mornings in the Activity Room. All classes are 40-minutes in length. Cost is $3 per class, per day. A 10-class package is also available for $20. An Activity Room membership is required to participate in exercise classes.
Zumba Gold - Focus on balance, range of motion and coordination in this modified form of Zumba that recreates original choreographed moves at a lower-intensity.
